Clearstone is in the early stages of developing a new data centre campus located on land adjacent to the HS1 railway line and A2 motorway and south of Ebbsfleet Station, Kent.
We are currently undertaking early land and ecological surveys to determine the proposed site layout and cable routes to Northfleet East substation.
There is a dedicated project website with more information. Further details will be made available as part of a series of workshops and consultation with the local community.
Project overview
Just under two fifths of the project site (38%) for the Ebbsfleet AI Data Centre Campus project has been set aside for landscaping, ecological enhancement and public access.
This space will be designed with input from the local community gained from public consultation activities.
The resulting designs will support significant increases in biodiversity on the site.

We want our projects to contribute positively to the communities that host them.
Community feedback gained through the public consultation process will be used to design a comprehensive package of benefits that will be delivered through the project.
Initiatives under consideration will include funding for community projects and skills and training.
